The families of the Boyd's of Kilsyth has been a little more difficult to
compile because the mother's name isn't listed for most of the early
christening/baptisms, but herewith I make the effort.

The earliest record appears in 1624. From that date, there are sixteen (16)
actual "male" marriages recorded, but only 3 significant families, who
seemed to settle from about 1770. Remember "m." can mean marriage or
reading of the Banns. "C" means christening/baptism.
