Obit: "At Toronto, on the 14th instant, Charles, son of George Boyd, of the firm of Butin Bros. & Co., Toronto, aged two years and three months."

Sat. Apr 13, 1867
Obit- "At Wellington Square, on Fri. the 12th inst., Janet, daughter of Mr. Hugh Boyd, aged 9 years. Friends and acquaintances are respectfully invited to attend the funeral at half-past three to-morrow (Sunday) from the residence of Mr. J. Blackburn, Park St., Hamilton."

Tues. Aug 27, 1867
Obit- "In Montreal, on Sunday, the 25th inst., John, aged 37, second son of Mr. James Boyd, of this city."

Wed. July 15, 1868
Obit- "This morning, Mary, relict of the late John Boyd, in the 31st year of her age. the funeral will leave the residence of her father, Mr. WIlliam Wright, West Ave. tomorrow, the 16th inst., at 4PM Friends and acquaintances will please attend without further notice."

Obit- "In this city on Sun Sep 6th, Mr James Boyd, age 72 years.

Bridegroom was Frederick C Featherstone. age 40.
Bride was Margaret J Boyd age 35 daughter of Edward Boyd and Elizabeth
Funston. Margaret was born in the village of Arthur and she was a
Methodist. The groom is an engineer who was a widower who was born in
England. They both resided in the town of Owen Sound.
Married on 22 July 1897.
