The following, and their men, tenants and servants, took part in the "rebellion at Langsyde", and were "disobedient to the King's authority and committed other offences since the King's coronation (except the murders of King Henry (Lord Darnley) and the Regents Moray and Lennox, fireraising, murder, slaughter, rape theft, reset of theft and sorcery....").....In this document they are granted a precept for a remission.
