William Boyd ~ Mollie Young

 


 

William Boyd married Mollie Young born 07 Feb 1799, daughter of James
Young and Frances Chapman. They were married 16 Jan 1820 and settled on
a farm near Antioch Church. William died 20 May 1870. Mollie died in 1881. They are both buried on their farm. Their oldest child, John Boyd was killed by an Indian in California in 1864. Their second child, Fannie Boyd, died about 1890. Their youngest child, Mollie, who was born 04 Jan 1840, died 18 Jul 1915. She married James C. Ellis 05 Jan 1860. They had no children. J.C. Ellis and Mollie are buried at Cave City, Kentucky.
