CHARLES W. BOYD
b. ca 1878, son of John Boyd & Eliza Phillips; m. Jan. 26, 1901 Chelmsford, Sarah George.  It was 1st marriage for both, and both were residing in Chelmsford, he a carpenter, she a dressmaker. Sarah was b. in Chelmsford, dau. of Daniel M.  George & Anna M. Toye.  He was 22, she 23.

b. Annilak, Queen's County, New Brunswick, son of  John Boyd, b. Canada, & Eliza Phillips, b. Canada m. June 6, 1900 in Melrose, Jennie [or Abbie J.] Gates (b. King's Co., Nova Scotia, dau. of Charles Gates & Julia Beals,  both b. Nova Scotia; Jennie d.  Chelmsford Jan. 9, 1948, age 72-2-12, cerebral thrombosis, terminal pneumonia ).  At time of marriage Jennie was a hosiery operative living in Melrose Highlands, & Richard was a carpenter residing in Chelmsford. he built several houses here. The wedding was performed by Rev. George N. Howard.   member: Center Congregational Church, Chelmsford carpenter, later contractor/ builder d.  Dec. 29, 1958 Lowell general Hospital, age 87 years & 3 days, myocardial infarction, coronary occlusion buried with his wife in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Chelmsford buried:  Friday, Jan. 2, 1958 Center Congregational Church, 2 P.M. res. children:
