This message is primarily aimed at those of you who may live in the State
of Michigan - within driving distance to the Library of Michigan in Lansing.
Michigan has proclaimed October Family History Month. In accordance with
this proclamation the Library of Michigan is going to be offering Classes on
the following:
Beginning Your Genealogy Research
Genealogy Research with the 1930 Census
AncestryPlus:An online Genealogy Resource
Finding Michigan Vital Records
How to Organize Your Genealogy 

They are also offering extended hours for the library and the ARCHIVES for Wednesdays during the month of October. The dates would be the 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30th. The library and the Archives will be open until 8pm.
