(4) John Boyd, born 9 Nov 1796 Montgomery CO., KY died at Callaway County, MO 1 May 1881. He married Mary Ann Scott 15 April 1828 born 15 April 1811 at Flemingsburg, KY and died At Vandalia, MO 6 April 1901.

(5) Thomas James Boyd, born 1812, Virginia married ,1835, Mary born 24 Aug 1818. Thomas died Feb 16, 1885 Callaway County, MO.

(6) Newton Archibald Boyd born 1846 in Illinois died 16 Feb 1885 married Edithaline Cox born 1847

(7) Alfred Newton Boyd born 1845 in Illinois married Edithaline Cox born 1846 in Illinois. Alfred deserted the family. No contact again and died circa 1935.
