James Vance devises as follows: to his son John Vance, his plantation out of which his is to pay his daughters (of James Vance), five pounds to Easter Vance and five pounds to Margaret Vance at the end of two years; his great goat to his son Samuel Vance; John Vance and Joseph Facett to be executors. Signed James Vance, in the presence of Samuel Boyd, John Cook and Samuel Vance.
